Hey gang! This is the very first video, of many we hope, in our JoyHauling education series and we are so excited. Our goal is to interview a wide range of industry experts that can teach us valuable insights into how to get the most out of our RV’ing experiences!

If you have an idea for a video interview you would like to see or an expert you think would be a great resource let us know. We have some ideas and some interviews already lined up but we would love to find out what you would find most valuable.
So, dig in to this very first interview and let us know what you think! We would appreciate your feedback!

In this video we interview Jim Tome with Kleen Tank! He is going to share with us the secret sauce for keeping our black and grey tanks in tip top shape!
We met Jim at the Grand Design National Rally in Elkhart, Indiana where he performed his tank cleansing service on the JoyHauler as well as shared his formula for keeping the tanks clean and “poop pyramid” clean!

The service he performed was outstanding and by using the “secret sauce” we have kept it that way every since! Check out Jim’s recommendations for doing the same with your tanks … you will not be sorry!
Also, if you have been looking for a way to make a living in the RV industry Jim is going to share a little about the dealer opportunities Kleen Tank has available and how you can become a part of their team! You can reach Jim at
Thanks Jim for sharing your valuable info with us! We will see you again in April!

Jim & Christie – Team Jacobus
I looked at your page here as well as the interview with you and Jim Tome. My question is – there are both Calgon Bath Pearls and Calgon Bath Beads. Is there a difference for black tank maintenance purposes? From a purchaser perspective, the beads are significantly cheaper than the pearls. Thanks for your help!
