4 Great Reasons To Attend A Grand Design Rally!

If you’re a fan of RV travel and haven’t attended a Grand Design rally yet, you’re missing out on a lot of fun! Grand Design rallies are events, scattered all over the country, where our Grand Design family gather to socialize, participate in activities and seminars, and enjoy each other’s company. Here are four great reasons why you should consider attending one of the upcoming rallies:

Meet new people … Grand Design rallies are a great way to meet other RVers who share your interests and share your love of the brand. You’ll be able to exchange travel stories and tips, share favorite RV parks and campgrounds, and make new friends from all over the country.

Many rallies have planned social events, such as potlucks, game nights, and other crazy fun, which are perfect opportunities to get to know your fellow RVers. After you attend your first rally, each subsequent time you attend you will love reconnecting with friends made at past rallies!

Learn new skills … Grand Design rallies will almost always include seminars and workshops on a variety of topics, such as RV maintenance and repair, cooking on the road, and navigating and planning with the latest available technologies. These seminars are taught by experts in their fields, and you’ll be able to learn from their knowledge and experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get hands-on experience with new tools and techniques.

One great benefit of being a member of the GD Family is the techs that attend these events. While they are primarily there to deal with warranty repairs and recalls they still take a ton of time teaching, educating and helping attendees with getting the most from their rigs!

Have a ton of fun … Most importantly, attending an RV rally is a great way to have fun! You’ll be surrounded by other RVers who love to travel and explore new places, and you’ll be able to share your adventures with them. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and events, and you’ll create memories and friends that will last a lifetime. This will be one of the few places where everyone in attendance will “totally get” your love of RV’ing and of your Grand Design RV!

Travel to great destinations … we have been to a number of rallies all across the country and absolutely love, love, love the destinations they have taken us to. Plus, deciding to attend a rally can give you a great excuse to go and see certain parts os the US that maybe you haven’t seen so far! West coast, east coast, north, south all have Grand Design rallies you can sign up for and attend! And … don’t forget the Grand Design National Rally held every year just minutes away from the manufacturing plant and corporate offices in Elkhart, Indiana!

To learn more about all of the Grand Design Rally opportunities go to https://gdrv4life.granddesignrv.com/ and look under the Events drop down menu for the Rally Calendar! You can also find a lot of information on social media since most every rally will have it’s own Facebook Group!

If you haven’t attended a rally so far know that attending a Grand Design rally is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, have fun all while checking out some amazing destinations. If you haven’t attended a rally yet, consider finding one in your area or traveling to one that interests you. You won’t regret it!

If you have any questions or if we can help in any way feel free to reach out! We would love to help. If you want to meet us face to face we would love to have you attend the Grand Design Texas Fall Rally happening every October in Kerrville, Texas.

    1. Hey Jeff … apologies for the late reply. The best way to book into a rally is to go to http://www.gdrv4life.com and look at all of the rallies that are available and then pick the one that works best for you and the area you live in or want to travel to. You will find out from that info how to register! Let me know if you have any additional questions or if I can be of any additional help. Jim J
