Whether you choose to stay at Summer Breeze or not we love this resort. As full time RV’ers it was our property of choice for the winter long before we bought our own property! Summer Breeze Amenities

The Patio

This is a 25’x40′ covered concrete patio with ceiling fans, 55″ television screen, outdoor kitchen and bar plus super comfy sofa and chair with a total of 3 recliners! The amazing view and wonderful breeze are extras we can’t take credit for!

80’x15′ RV Site

Straight up this site was made for Class A and Class C rv’s no getting around it. That said, you can see that we make it work perfectly with our 44′ Grand Design Momentum 399TH.

Because the driveway is so long you can position your rig forward or back toward the end of the site to where you can enter in and out of the front of your rig. If you have a rear side entrance you will find you will have zero problems exiting there.

Lease Terms:

$900/mo plus utilities. $500 security deposit required and you will have to be able to pass the Southern Oaks background check if you are staying for a month or longer.

The Outdoor Kitchen

The centerpiece of this outdoor kitchen is the 6 burner Monument grill with stainless steel grates, a rotisserie and a side burner. This grill uses propane for fuel and comes with a ton of storage! The bar itself is 5’x10.5′ with an electrical outlet for that blender of yours! (Dog not included but the view Is!)
